My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were very clean, and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience great. However, there were bugs all over my room, which was quite disappointing. On the plus side, we had a block of rooms booked in advance and had two areas with TVs in the room.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean, but the indoor pool and fridge in the room were disgustingly dirty and dusty. The service was top-notch, with A+ customer service and clean and comfortable beds and bath. The location was perfect, easy to get to yet out of the way, on the northern edge of the Black Hills. The dining was subpar, even for a hotel breakfast, lacking in variety. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the convenience store was a great travel perk. The location was ideal for sightseeing, but the room was a bit cramped. However, the prompt response to a lock issue by the manager was impressive.
